Residential Program for Men

GSN for Men is a program for those wanting to transform their lives as outlined in Romans 12:1-2. The program is a faith-based residential program that meets men where they are. The program includes community service, life skills training, spiritual enrichment, accountability, and structure. While many of our residents are re-entering society after a period of incarceration, we accept men from all walks of life.

Program Assessment & Agreement
All new GSN program applicants are required to complete an assessment and read/sign the Good Samaritan Network program agreement. Both the assessment and agreement are linked below.

Step One:
Please complete the forms below (Program Application and Program Agreement) to apply for the program. The assessment tells us about you. The agreement tells you about the program. Please note that we are not able to mail forms to applicants.

Step Two:
Submit your completed assessment and agreement to our office for review.

Step Three:
The application will be reviewed by our advocacy team. A follow-up interview will be scheduled if necessary.
